Sergei Martens has been working with Oracle since 1998. Since 2008, he has worked as an independent contractor and specialized in Oracle Application Express. Sergei has a special interest in user interface design, trends (what is hot and what is not), and how to make a modern and user-friendly web application.From 2013 still to today he was speaker at many events.
