Provider before provider

The HEP Group consists of a dozen child companies, many of which have a very complex organizational structure. Also, depending on product or service, companies have different billing systems. In an attempt to create a single common platform for e-services, an e-invoicing system has been developed regardless of which billing system it derives from. The paper will describe the system architecture and the meta model-driven concept of processing and sending outgoing e-invoices through which the common platform within the company became provider enabling sending outgoing invoices regardless of the technological basis of the source system.
