There are always multiple ways to solve programming problems, and when it comes to databases this is no different. Creative freedom leads to as lot of things that you might want to avoid when it comes to writing Business Applications. Call it mistakes, call it lack of knowledge about out-of-the-box functionality, call it "This is the way we've always done it", call it "room for improvement", call it "you know what I really hate about ... " In this session I will show "remarkable" things that I have encountered when it comes to data modelling, naming conventions, writing SQL and PL/SQL and creating APEX applications.
