In corporate business, changes in business rules require rapid adaptation of the software application . The Oracle APEX platform is the optimal solution in such an environment. However, hosting, installing, maintaining, scaling servers and server resources puts a burden on IT staff and delays the implementation of the software application. Faced with such a situation, the HEP Group decided to establish a development, test and production infrastructure within the private Oracle Cloud with the option of applying the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment approach. This paper will present the structure and operation of the development, test and production infrastructure within the private Oracle Cloud.
