This session will focus on using Oracle GoldenGate 11g and 12c in Oracle environment. It will cover following topics:- Installation (Windows, Linux), - Configuring DML replication (step-by-step examples including ones with data manipulation, creating "history journal", encryption, etc),- Monitoring overview,- Basic troubleshooting (using logdump; extract, pump and replicat problems; experiences from practice).Live-demos or videos will be used to present some of the topics.

About speaker
Maja Veselica, author
Maja Veselica, MSc in Software Engineering, works for Parallel as a Consultant. She is an instructor for numerous Oracle courses and a regular speaker at Oracle-related conferences. Maja is also a member of Oracle ACE program, an author of upcoming book Oracle Database 12c Security Cookbook and has more than 20 Oracle certificates.
Zoran Pavlović, coauthor
Zoran Pavlovic is currently working as an Oracle Technical Architect in his company. He is an Oracle ACE and he works with Oracle Technologies (primary Oracle Database) since 2005. Areas of his expertise are Security and Performance Tuning of Oracle Database. Zoran has worked on various complex database environments including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, etc. He has worked as a consultant for Oracle Consulting as well as instructor for Oracle University across EMEA region. Zoran is an author of Oracle Database 12c: Security Cookbook, and a featured speaker/author at many conferences/magazines.
