As part of strengthening the functions of controlling, there are companies that will go with the change of the Chart of Accounts (COA). As the Chart of Accounts presents a core business system, the companies need a well-designed project plan and coordination of all business functions within the company. What does it mean to the standard business solution? How will the changes affect the individual business processes and in which order within the ERP and the company itself? That we will show in the example of the Oracle E-Business Suite business system.

About speaker
Andreja Batnožić, author
After graduating from the Faculty of organization and information technology, she was employed in IN2 Ltd. at the position of Consultant for Oracle EBS. In past nine years she was working on various projects of implementation and maintenance projects of Oracle EBS.
Sandra Stekovic, coauthor
Born in Zagreb, 1967. Graduated Faculty of Economics and Business. As of 1998 working in Croatian Lottery in the Accounting and Finances division, where performing duties as the head of the division from 2009 to 2012. From July, 2012 to March, 2013 member of the Management Board. My following working places include head of General Affair’s division and deputy of the Facility Management division director.
Most significant projects during my employment include:
- Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Implementation of Data Management System (DMS)
- Implementation of controlling process
Other skills and professional education include Project management, Cost/Budget Management, ZSE ­ Portfolio Management and certificate in Public Procurement.
