Vladislav Uvarov, author
Vlad Uvarov is Software Development Manager for Oracle's Server Technologies division at Oracle America. He is responsible for the development of the Oracle Database Cloud Services and Oracle Application Express. Vlad has been at Oracle since 2006 and has been working with Oracle Application Express ever since.
